Our shipping service allows you to track your order from departure from our warehouse until arrival at your home or office.
To receive the products quickly and conveniently and to prevent your shipment from going into storage, we recommend indicating the address where you spend most of the day (e.g. work address) or where there is a trusted person who can collect your package.
Furthermore, for a precise and punctual delivery, we recommend that you indicate your mobile number. Despite these indications, if your shipment goes into storage for any reason, we will contact you to be able to give new delivery instructions to the courier. We inform our customers that orders received and paid by 12:30 will be strictly processed and shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for orders received and paid after 12:30 will be guaranteed fulfillment and shipping within the next business day. It is not possible to guarantee delivery times as there are many variables that affect these times, many of which are not attributable to us (eg strikes, atmospheric events, particular holidays, etc.).
So if these times are not guaranteed, the customer will not be able to claim compensation. Shipping costs in Italy are free.
